Would you be open to sharing your event experiences with your peers?

Our research indicates that event professionals want to hear from others who have brought about change, or solved a problem, with their events. This could be anything from better use of supply chain, to increasing attendance, or even lessons learned from mistakes.

So at Evolve Live! we'd like to hear from you!

We have just 8 free places available for event professionals, that are employed directly by membership organisations, who feel they have something to share in a very safe space. This is our equivalent of a “call for papers”.

What can you expect?

​

Successful applicants will get a free place to attend the conference. You’ll have a 15 minute slot to present and take questions, which will be supported by an experienced facilitator.

 

The session will be held in a smaller room with around 30 participants maximum; It will be cosy and friendly. You can choose any model of presentation that you would like.

Complete the brief application form below by 31st July 2025. We’ll notify you of the outcome by 14th August.
